For any free tools or resources provided by North Crow AI (such as the Brief Decoder, Asking Better Questions guide, or newsletter subscriptions), no payment is collected, and therefore refunds are not applicable.
Paid digital products purchased directly through northcrow.ai (such as interactive tools, templates, and guides) are eligible for a full refund within **14 days** of the original purchase date if you are not satisfied with the product.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
To request a refund, please reply directly to any transactional or marketing email you have received from us, or use the contact form available in the website footer. Please include your order details and the email address associated with the purchase to help us process it quickly.
Refund terms for professional consulting, custom development, or AI Tool Build Sprints are governed entirely by the individual client engagement agreement signed prior to starting the project, rather than the policy outlined here.
