The North Crow Sprint.
Two weeks. One AI tool built for the work you actually do.
If you're a freelancer with consistent client work and one part of it that keeps grinding you down, the Sprint is for that. I build you the tool. You use it on real work. We refine what doesn't fit. You walk away with something shaped to your voice and your workflow — not a generic template that sort of applies.
Two weeks. One built tool.
Week 1 — Discovery call.
60 minutes over video. You bring the part of your work that you find yourself dreading — the brief that arrived too vague, the proposal you keep rewriting, the client conversation that keeps going sideways. We figure out what's actually broken and what the tool needs to do. I take notes.
Week 1 → Week 2 — I build it.
A custom AI tool for your specific workflow. A prompt, a Notion template, a custom GPT, or a Claude project — whichever fits. Set up for your voice and your business, not someone else's.
Week 2 — Training call.
60 minutes over video. We walk through how to use it on real work. You leave with the tool, the Loom walkthroughs, and enough of the underlying logic that you can extend it yourself when the work shifts.
The next 14 days — Async support.
You start using it on real client work. When something doesn't fit, you tell me, I fix it. By the end of the two weeks you should be using it without thinking about me.
Working freelancers.
You've been at this three years or more. You have client work coming in. There's a pattern in your work — not one specific problem, but a kind of problem that recurs — and you suspect AI could help with it, but you don't want to wade through tutorials and prompt libraries to figure out how.
I'm not the right person if you want a course, a certification, or a stack of templates with no specific problem to point them at. I take engagements where I can see a recurring shape to build against. If your situation doesn't fit, I'll tell you on the call.
Beginning guitar players follow tutorials. Improvisers understand the underlying structure. Sprints are for people who want to be the second kind.
$497 to $797.
$497 for the first three Sprints I run. After that it moves to $797. Either number sits in a band that a working freelancer can say yes to without rebuilding their cash flow around it — and that I can take seriously.
The tool is the artifact. The thinking that produced it is the durable part. You keep both.
Start a conversation.
Sprints aren't bookable from a calendar link. Send me a note: what you're working on, what part keeps grinding, what you'd want the tool to do for you. I respond personally within 48 hours.
